Quality and relevance: The quality of your writing is the most important factor, along with the subject matter. Your piece should be well-written, error-free, and relevant to our readers. We are particularly interested in articles that discuss strategic approaches to overseeing business issues, trends, and best practices in the tech world.

Originality: All articles must be original works by the author. We will not consider articles that have been previously published elsewhere. Once an article is published on our website, it cannot be offered to another publication. 

No AI-written Content: We believe that AI-generated content is often lacking in the depth, insight, and creativity that is essential for engaging and informative writing. If you are interested in submitting a guest post to our magazine, please ensure that it is your own original work. We will not consider any articles that have been generated by AI.

Depth and insight: The opinion and analysis articles standards will be very high. These articles should provide new perspectives on areas of discussion and offer new and insightful views on topics of concern. They should have the potential to influence decision-makers and business executives. They should ideally be based on in-depth empirical research.

Promotion: We will reject any guest post outright that is promotional in nature and offers no value to our readers.

Content Guideline

  1. Content should be at least 1000 words and make sure the content is free from grammatical mistakes and plagiarism.
  2. Include the primary keyword in the title and keep it less than 70 characters.
  3. The featured image for the content body should be original. Feel free to include other images if necessary.
  4. Provide reference links to other articles for more information if applicable.
  5. One link to your website or blog homepage is allowed that goes with the author’s bio.
  6. An abstract that summarizes the article is required. It is presented separately from the article to entice readers to read further, so it must be able to stand alone. 
  7. Provide a maximum of 5 keywords, avoiding general and plural terms and multiple concepts (avoid, for example, “and”, “of”).
  8. Submit articles in Microsoft Word format (no PDF files, please), as email attachments.

  • Compelling title: Craft a captivating title that accurately reflects the content of your article and includes relevant keywords. Aim for a title that is under 70 characters.
  • Engaging subtitle: Provide a subtitle that further entices readers and gives them a glimpse into what they can expect to learn.
  • Informative introduction: Begin with a strong introduction that grabs the reader’s attention and provides background information on the topic. Clearly state the main argument or thesis of the article.
  • Structured outline: Utilize a clear and concise outline to organize your thoughts and ensure a logical flow of ideas. Consider using headings and subheadings to break up the text and make it more scannable.
  • Strategic keyword placement: Incorporate relevant keywords throughout your article, particularly in the headings, subheadings, and throughout the body text. However, avoid keyword stuffing, as this can negatively impact readability.
  • In-depth analysis: Provide insightful and well-researched content that demonstrates your expertise on the topic. Support your claims with evidence from credible sources.
  • Variety of elements: Include a variety of elements to enhance the readability and engagement of your article. This could include bullet points, quotes, images, or infographics.
  • Compelling conclusion: Summarize the main points of your article and reiterate the main argument. Leave the reader with something to think about or a call to action.
