Acumatica Summit 2023: Customer Success Takes Center Stage

Acumatica, the world’s fastest-growing cloud ERP company, emphasized its commitment to its customers at its annual Summit event, held in Las Vegas. The event was attended by over 2,800 customers, partners, and analysts, and was highlighted by the keynote address from Acumatica CEO John Case.

Case underlined the company’s dedication to supporting small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) as they navigate the challenges of today’s economy. Despite the economic environment, Acumatica continues to grow, surpassing 10,000 customers, a fact that Case credits to the Acumatica Community’s understanding of its customers’ needs.

“It’s the voices of our customers that drive us forward in everything we do,” said Case. “The Summit is a key touchpoint in an ongoing dialogue that takes place throughout the year in community forums, in meetings, and at events.”

Acumatica Bill of Rights

In addition to highlighting the company’s customer-first approach, Case also announced an update to Acumatica’s Customer Bill of Rights, first published in July 2019. The updated version expands on the core principles to better reflect the current business environment and the evolving needs of today’s companies. The Customer Bill of Rights outlines practices that customers should expect from technology vendors, including clear fee structures, unlimited user licenses, data ownership and access, comprehensive security, and free training.

“We firmly believe that all businesses have certain core rights in their dealings with technology vendors,” said Case. “Today, we are spelling out these rights and recommitting to these promises.”

Celebrating Customer Success

Throughout the keynote presentation, Acumatica showcased its continued devotion to customer success, honoring Avante Health Solutions as its Customer of the Year and LifeSource as its Impact Customer of the Year. These companies experienced significant revenue growth in 2022, with both crediting Acumatica for helping to reimagine their business services and embark on a digital transformation journey.

“Acumatica was easy for our entire team to learn and it’s also affordable,” said Kelly White, CEO of LifeSource. “I love that the product will grow with us as our organization size grows to save more lives.”

Acumatica was recently recognized as a Champion in SoftwareReviews’ 2022 Emotional Footprint Report, Enterprise Resource Planning – Midmarket, based on real-user reviews. The report indicated that 100% of customers surveyed plan to renew their Acumatica engagement and 94% find Acumatica’s solutions important to their professional success.

“Small and mid-sized companies are the lifeblood of today’s digital economy,” said Case. “Acumatica is focused on providing the features these businesses need and helping them propel the global economy forward.”
