The acquisition will allow Hinduja Tech to expand its leadership in the global e-mobility industry and offer a broader range of services to its customers.
DSD has a strong track record in the e-mobility industry, with a portfolio of more than 100 electric drivetrain systems for a range of applications, including passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and off-highway vehicles. The company’s expertise in electric motor design and control systems will complement Hinduja Tech’s existing capabilities and allow the company to offer a more comprehensive suite of e-mobility solutions.
